Simulasi Kekuatan Mekanik Sudu Turbin Angin Sumbu Horizontal Menggunakan Bahan Steel

چکیده

Pada sisPada sistem turbin angin terdapat salah satu komponen paling penting yaitu sudu yang berfungsi menerima energi secara langsung. Agar optimal saat digunakan pemilihan desain dan material kuat dalam menahan kecepatan tinggi menjadi hal sangat menentukan. Dalam penelitian ini dengan variasi dimensi sebesar 20 m/s, 25 30 m/s menggunakan baja AISI 1020 disimulasikan software Simscale metode Finite Element Analysis (FEA) boundary condition force fixed support hasil output von mises stress displacement. Dari simulasi memiliki pengaruh terhadap distribusi Kecepatan digunakan, semakin besar maka daya dihasilkan. Nilai maksimum dihasilkan dari untuk displacement masih batas aman kekuatan pada mechanical properties.
